Caring for loved ones in their time of need.

by Jude217 » Mon Feb 01, 2016 1:22 pm

No matter how much we love them, caring for our elderly relatives can be stressful and lonely. Especially at a time in life when you perhaps expect a little freedom. Everyday I meet people who tell me they feel frustrated or even angry on a daily basis. Even thinking how we feel can bring out other strong emotions such as guilt. What are your top 3 emotions when caring for a loved one?

For me the emotions would be:

Love Help Sharing

Not sure that, strictly speaking, the last two are emotions
but nevertheless that's me.

As care homes become more and more expensive
and we all live longer
caring for the aged is an increasing problem
and it will create more family demands and problems
